Throughout the year, the changing seasons bring with them subtle transformations in light, colour, and atmosphere. The shift from night to morning, daylight to dusk, or one season into the next can cause familiar landscapes to take on an entirely different character.

It is this fleeting beauty, these moments of stillness, transition, and subtle colour that inspired this body of work. As I continue to observe and respond to these conditions throughout the year, the series will grow as an evolving record of my relationship to the city, the Canadian climate, and the quiet moments of beauty that emerge within its continual state of change.
